Join the Washington Farm Forestry Association (WFFA) and Underwood Conservation District for a workshop and field trip focused on ponds!
Learn about planning, constructing, and maintaining ponds on your property for wildlife benefit, a wildfire water source, or just for enjoyment.
Also get an update for small forest landowners from Washington Dept. of Natural Resources (WA DNR) and information on current UCD programs and offerings, including details on the 2nd Annual TreeFest, Saturday, March 10, 2018.
The afternoon field trip will tour a local property in Mill A for continued discussion on pond planning, maintenance, and lessons learned.
