Tall Oregon Grape (Mahonia aquifolium)

Tall Oregon-grape is an upright shrub with bright green, leathery, holly-like leaves. It is adapted to the partial shade and is best suited for coarse to medium textured soils. Drought resistant with conspicuous yellow flowers in spring and purple berries in the summer. Can grow up to 8 ft tall and 6 ft wide at maturity. Deer resistant.
